  • There is an additional 30% charge to place your ad on the front or back page. 
  • There is no additional charge for ad design. If you are submitting an ad, we prefer .pdf, .jpg, and .tiff files.
  • Position is not guaranteed but will be considered on a first come basis. 
Inserts 8 cents each. Must be in bundles of 100’s and delivered to us by the last Friday of the month.

For your convenience you can also drop off your ad and payment at our drop-box located at: Premier Alterations (located on CR210 behind the Hess Station)

*Note: Florida State requires all contractors be registered or certified. Occupation Licenses are required by the county and should be verified by calling St. Johns County at (904) 287- 2478, Duval County (904) 630-1916

 

Cancellations

Cancellation of any contract run (4 issues or longer) will revert to One (1) Issue Rate. No returns on cancellations.

Deadlines

Our publication deadline is usually the last Friday of the month (check the web or page 2 of the publication for the posted deadline date). To ensure placement in our publication, all ads and payments must be submitted by the posted deadline date. All late payments will be subject to a 20% late fee.

Discounted rate applied to advertisement run paid in full. Any advertisement run paid in monthly increments will be subjected to a 5% bookkeeping fee.

Changes

One copy change per 4 month run, unless date change. All other changes, will be subject to a $10.00 additional fee per month. To redesign/change the ad monthly will be charged at $10 per change.
